A fantastic JCI accredited hospital in our experience. First this hospital is where we chose for the birth of our first child. To be honest I didn’t think I’d find a hospital this far from central Bangkok with English speak doctors. But so far every doctor we’ve interacted with could communicate fairly well. And I came across a very helpful nurse who can speak English as well assist me and my newborn. This is a new private hospital so it’s not that busy. Which is why you’ll feel a lot of personalized services. The staff here are really friendly, providing great service.

I called the hospital to ask if I could come to take a PCR test, the call center staff replied: "We don't accept foreigners here". When asked why no reason given. Foreigners NOT welcomed. Save your time to go to other hospital.

The children's hospital here provides very good service. The rooms are very clean. The nurses here provide good service. Smiling and greeting in a friendly manner. The service staff is quick and the doctor gives good advice about the disease. Overall very good. I have been impressed since coming to use the service.

Went for treatment at approximately 8:30 p.m. Contact the medical records. The staff took him to the emergency department. He sat there for almost 15 minutes and still did not receive treatment. They didn't even take their temperature or blood pressure. Went to ask at the counter and there was no information. The medical record says it has been sent. The patient was confused. What's even more confusing is that there aren't even a single word of apology.
